RamblersIndia Prabalmachi camping on NOV 23RD – NOV 24TH 2019

Camping at Prabalmachi with an easy and relaxing trek from Thakurwadi to the campsite situated at Prabalmachi which is the base for Kalavantin durg and Prabalgad. Prabalmachi is a small hamlet which is very clean and well maintained by the locals. This place is near to Panvel railway station, situated close to the old mumbai pune highway. We start the trek in the evening by reaching the campsite in twilight hours, allocate tents on twin/triple sharing basis, later fun activities followed by dinner. Next day post breakfast we will be leaving the campsite with few good memories.
Grade: Easy, total trek distance: 4 k.m. approx, highest elevation: 430M, camping in tents.
• Reporting time at Panvel railway station 05:00PM.
• Travel by hired vehicles from Panvel railway station to trek starting point – 45 minutes.
• Event briefing & Introduction – 15 minutes.
• Trek to Prabalmachi – 2 hours.
• Evening Tea & Tents allocation – 15 minutes.
• Fun activities at campsite – 2 hours.
• Dinner Break – 1 hour.
• Bedtime in tents.
• Wake up call – 06:30 A.M.
• Fresh Up & Breakfast – 1 hour.
• Descent trek to the parking area – 2 hours.
• Return journey by hired vehicles to Panvel railway station – 45 minutes.
INR 900 per head, Inclusive of transport from Panvel Railway station, Prabalmachi entry fee, evening tea, Veg dinner, shared tents accommodation on DAY1 & breakfast on DAY2.

Step -3: Now your participation is confirmed & Organizer will create WhatsApp group on the day of the event for coordination, We will coordinate through SMS/ Call if participant is not available in WhatsApp.
What to Wear:
Trekking shoes /outdoor boots/ sport shoes/ Hiking sandals with good grip.
Comfortable quick dry clothes (avoid jeans).
What to Bring:
Carry a single rucksack with the following things:
Minimum 1 liter of water.
Dry fruits, ready to eat food, chocolates, snacks.
toiletry kit, sunscreen lotion, mosquito repellent.
Spare set of clothes.
Head Torch with spare batteries.
Don’t wear jewelry items and expensive accessories.
Strictly no littering, carry extra bag for non biodegradable(plastic) wastage.
Personal medicines if any.
ID Proof is mandatory.
Instructions (Mandatory to read before RSVP to the event!!):
participants should bring an ID Card for their own safety.
After online payment participant will need to fill up the mandatory disclaimer online form with accurate details else will be asked to refill by the event host.
Please do not cause delay and cause inconvenience for others and impact the schedule if you are not able to reach the pickup point on the said time.
Below 16 must take the consent of the parents to participate.
Participants will be notified in prior when itinerary is modified/ event gets cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances.
If there is an unexpected change in weather during the event, organizer has rights to withdraw/ retreat.
Do not play music or tease animals during trek.
Avoid deodorant or perfume in treks.
Participants should pay for the expenses that are not mentioned in the expenses.
Event schedule may delay or advance due to unforeseen conditions so timings haven’t mentioned except in the event start and end time.
Alcohol consumption/ smoking tobacco/ weed is strictly prohibited. Will be expelled from the event If found with consumption.
Please do not litter any plastic, We commit our events to be clean with zero trace waste.
Washroom facility is available at prabalmachi campsite.
Separate tented accommodation for females.
Tents may be shareable of 2/3/4 persons.
Participants should coordinate, disciplined and align together as a team during the event.
Please do not expect luxury facilities and appreciate being cooperative with fellow ramblers.
Though we assure safety as a top priority, Event Organizers are not responsible for any severe injuries or fatal events.
No group discount.
There won’t be any customized/ discounted price if bringing own tent.
We rely on third party payment gateways to make the registration process simple and feasible; it also includes the convenience fee along with the main event fee which will be shown at check out that should be borne by the participant.
A refund of 50% is paid if the participant cancel their registration one day before the event or on the day of the event, refund of 60% if cancellation is done 2 days before the event.
No refund for no-show.
